Terms And Conditions
All
provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 5 working days,
until deposit cheque has been received. A non-refundable deposit of
10% is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required 4
weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Failure to send
payment will result in your holiday been cancelled.We will not be
responsible for deposits lost due to late payment.
A valid TV license from your own home will entitle you to view in
your holiday accommodation, but this must not be in use at your home
address simultaneously.
IF A PROBLEM ARISES beyond our control e.g. (but not limited to)
fire, flood, act of nature, etc, we will inform you at the earliest
opportunity and a full refund will be actioned. We cannot be held
responsible for loss of holiday and recommend that you ensure you
have adequate holiday insurance. If your holiday had already
commenced, you will be refunded the proportioned amount due.
Arrival time is from 2.30pm and departure is by 10.30am. Keys can be
collected from the main reception on production of your key
authority slip (issued with your holiday receipts). Keys must be
returned prior to departure. Gas and electricity is included in the
rental charge. Duvets, pillows, and bed linen are provided, but you
must bring your own towels.
All site clubs, entertainment, bars and pools, etc, require a site
pass (available at a small extra charge). These can be purchased on
site.
SORRY! No animals, No smokers and No same sex adult
bookings. Full names of all guests will be required at
the time of booking, along with dates of birth for any guests less
than 18 years of age.
